Cheshire Phoenix v Bristol Flyers 78 - 86

The Bristol Flyers and Cheshire phoenix went head to head at Ellesmere Port in an exciting game of basketball, here's what happened:

FIRST HALF

New Recruit, Kahron Ross lit it up for the Cheshire Phoenix missing just 3 shots out of 11 tallying 19pts on 72% shooting in 17mins of play leading the Cheshire outfit to an 5 point lead early on.

Zach Copeland for Bristol did what we all know he can do putting up 15pts on 50% also hitting 2/3 threes.

Overall it was an even 1st half of basketball, going into the 2nd Half, Coach Kapoulas would've wanted to limit the turnovers after turning the ball over 10times compared to the Phoenix's five.

SECOND HALF

A game of two halves tells the story for tonight's exhibition game, Bristol clearly must've analyzed Cheshire's struggles with interior defense scoring 42 points in the paint. Bristol still struggled limited the turnovers with 20 on the game but Cheshire only converting that into 10 points.

Kahron Ross finished the game with 30points but that wasn't

enough to take the Win home for the Cheshire Pho

enix. Match Fitness seemed to play its part after a couple sloppy possessions fro

m the Phoenix side.

Bristol were without Josh Wilcher and Eric Lockett both due to injury

Cheshire were without Eric Hamilton
